No psd or video thumbnails on Vista

I loaded Icon Packager on Vista 86 yesterday and it works but my psd and video files do not show up as thumbnails in exploerer. Is there any way to restore them. I did a restore of the icon and a system restore. Thannks

The lack of PSD thumbnails is actually an omission by Adobe in CS and above.
